Program Overview

This 12-hour graduate certificate is designed to prepare you for a career in the intelligence and security fields — developing the skills and knowledge to tackle complex security challenges. You'll explore counterintelligence, cybersecurity, and the psychology of criminal behavior, gaining insight into how to protect communities, understand threats, and develop effective response strategies. The certificate is offered through a multi-institution consortium led by Eastern Kentucky University, alongside Kentucky State University, Morehead State University, the UK Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce, and Marshall University.
